
Tempo Nine Mile in Aurora Set to Welcome First Residents

Tempo Nine Mile Station, a new 255-unit rental community at 12150 E. Dartmouth Ave. in Aurora, is set to welcome its first residents beginning Feb. 1.
The project is a joint venture between Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, Koelbel and Company, Mile High Development and Urban Roots Development, Inc.
Leasing is now underway for the five-story property, located within the 22-acre The Point master-planned development, where residents are steps from retail and grocery stores, restaurants, a future park, and planned pedestrian bridge across Parker Road that will provide access to Regional Transportation District (RTD)’s Nine Mile station, served by the H and R light rail lines.

Pre-leasing has begun at Tempo Nine Mile Station, a new 255-unit multifamily property at the northeast corner of Parker Road and Peoria Street in Aurora. The building is part of the 22-acre “The Point” master-planned development, a vibrant new town center that includes walkable grocery, retail, restaurants, a future park and a planned pedestrian bridge across Parker Road providing access to Regional Transportation District (RTD)’s Nine Mile Station light rail.
Tempo Nine Mile Station by a joint venture of Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, Koelbel and Company, Mile High Development and Urban Roots Development, Inc. KTGY Architects is the project architect and Brinkmann Constructors is the general contractor. The project was financed by a HUD 221 d4 insured loan originated by PGIM Real Estate.

New Multifamily Project Breaks Ground at Nine Mile Station in Aurora, Colorado

Draper and Kramer, Koelbel and Co., Mile High Development, and Urban Roots Development have broken ground on Tempo Nine Mile, a new multifamily project at Nine Mile Station in Aurora, Colorado. The 255-unit project, which was made possible through a partnership with the city of Aurora and the Aurora Urban Renewal Authority, is part of the 22-acre Point at Nine Mile master plan.
The development is adjacent to the future pedestrian bridge that will connect The Point at Nine Mile to the Regional Transportation District’s Nine Mile Station and the Cherry Creek Reservoir.
