Transit Connected Community in Aurora, CO
Tempo Nine Mile is a 255-unit, National Green Building Standard – Silver certified rental community developed as a joint venture by Urban Roots Development, Inc, Koelbel and Company, Mile High Development, and Draper and Kramer, Incorporated. The project is part of The Point at Nine Mile master plan, a 22-acre parcel at the former site of Regatta Plaza, which to date has seen the opening of a new King Soopers store, neighborhood retail and restaurants, and a 63-unit affordable workforce housing project. The City of Aurora will soon begin construction on a pedestrian bridge across Parker Road connecting the Point to Nine Mile light rail station.
