LEED Living in the Ballpark Neighborhood
A pioneering project in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood, 2020 raised the bar on LEED design incorporating a large rooftop solar array, non-potable irrigation systems, and high performance VRF heating and cooling systems. The project was the winner of the 2013 Denver Mayor’s Design Award.
