A joint venture partnership broke ground on a new multifamily offering at the new 22 acre The Point at Nine Mile master plan development in Aurora.
Draper and Kramer, Inc, Koelbel and Co., Mile High Development, and Urban Roots Development, Inc are underway on Tempo Nine Mile, a 255 unit apartment project at the northeast corner of Parker Road and Peoria Street.

New Multifamily Project Breaks Ground at Nine Mile Station in Aurora, Colorado

Draper and Kramer, Koelbel and Co., Mile High Development, and Urban Roots Development have broken ground on Tempo Nine Mile, a new multifamily project at Nine Mile Station in Aurora, Colorado. The 255-unit project, which was made possible through a partnership with the city of Aurora and the Aurora Urban Renewal Authority, is part of the 22-acre Point at Nine Mile master plan.
The development is adjacent to the future pedestrian bridge that will connect The Point at Nine Mile to the Regional Transportation District’s Nine Mile Station and the Cherry Creek Reservoir.

The next phase of development at a master planned community near Aurora’s Nine Mile Station is now underway. The development team of Koelbel and Co, Draper and Kramer, Inc, Mile High Development, and Urban Roots Development, Inc broke ground last week at Tempo Nine Mile, a multifamily building with ground floor retail.
