Tempo Nine Mile is a 255-unit market rate rental community under development as a joint venture by Urban Roots Development, Inc, Koelbel and Company, Mile High Development, and Draper and Kramer, Incorporated.  The project is part of The Point at Nine Mile master plan, a 22-acre parcel at the former site of Regatta Plaza, which to date has seen the opening of a new King Soopers store, neighborhood retail and restaurants,  and a 63-unit affordable workforce housing project.   Additionally, the City of Aurora will soon begin construction on a pedestrian bridge across Parker Road connecting the Point to Nine Mile light rail station.

Tempo Nine Mile will  include a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, ranging in size from 542 to 1,321 square feet, and 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The property is highly amenitized, featuring a large outdoor pool, community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, bike room and rooftop party deck.

Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in 2024.
